This coffee variety is grown in Matagalpa and Jinotega located in the northern region of Nicaragua at
altitudes from 900 to 1,100 meters above sea level and is characterised by its acidity and full body, complemented by a pleasant cocoa aftertaste.
This region enjoys annual precipitation of 1,500-1,700 millimeters, with temperatures of 20-29° Celsius.
