We regret to advise this will be our last bag of Colombia Popayan Supremo which has been a stable part of our offering for many years. We are replacing this coffee with two new options - Colombia Huila Supremo and Colombia Popayan Reserve.

Popayan is in the southern growing areas of Colombia and this coffee comes from small family fams.
Popayan has a rich coffee producing history but only recently became one of the most sought after coffee growing regions in the world.
Popayan's farmers have made the switch of primarily working with crops that yield large quantities to solely dealing with micro-lots that require more care and dedication. This change has allowed the famers to focus on nurturing the coffee and emphasize quality over quantity.
This coffee was shipped to New Zealand in jute sacks lined with PVC Grainpro bags – an airtight storage system that preserves aroma and freshness for longer, while also allowing the coffee to breathe naturally.
