Most famous coffee is Haitan Bleu – developed in the mid-1990s as a premium coffee comparable to the Jamaican Blue Mountain (and is often added to Blue Mountain to make it go further)

The coffee itself is heavy bodied and full flavoured with mid to low acidity and a soft flavour.
