It has all the same advanced features of the previous models with the major changes being an audible warning for the cut-off safety feature, a better door handle and double pane glass to meet the new EU regulations.
Information
The Behmor 2020SR Plus benchtop roaster offers both automatic roasting profiles, supplemented with a manual mode which you can use to ramp the temperatures up or down during the roast.
You can also get a read on the temperature in the drum and on the exhaust and alter the drum speed.
This all means that, along with the professional roaster designed profiles, the seasoned home roaster can take even more control of the roast without work arounds such as adjusting the weight of your beans and opening and shutting the door.
By correctly logging everything you do, these new controls allow you more accurately replicate each roast.

Safety Feature
At 75% into a roast, the timer will start blinking and a beeper will sound. This means you need to press START otherwise the roaster will assume it is unattended and go into cooling in 30 seconds and you will end up with err7.
This safety feature was added to ensure that you monitor the roast - especially near the end of the roast when the oils in the beans start to rise to the surface of the bean.
Warranty
A manufacturer's warranty runs for 12 months after purchase, covering the use for which this roaster was designed (roasting coffee in a domestic setting).
Green Beans
We have chosen to keep our margins low to make this model more affordable. This unfortunately means that we can no longer gift green coffee beans with each roaster. This also means that should you choose to purchase green coffee beans with this roaster - you can select which you would like to try. If you are new to roasting, we suggest a washed Colombia or PNG - these are both relatively cheap and easy to roast (as well as tasting great).

These videos were made in the US. You will see some differences to your Behmor. US weights and temperatures, and, when this was published, there were no comparable videos featuring the new model).
Behmor posted these video on how to do unbox your roaster, complete a system check and do your first roast (exchange any mention of 1/4 pound for 100g).
Tom, from Sweet Marias, runs through the features and does a full roast. Note there is a mistake in the Captions at 13:36 - P4=75% and P5=100% burner power.
